THE PROCESS

STEP 1 : INTRODUCTION

Every great design journey starts with a conversation. We’ll begin with a complimentary 20-minute discovery call where we’ll talk through your vision, priorities, timeline, and budget. This is also a chance to get to know each other and make sure we’re the right fit. If it feels like a match, we’ll go ahead and schedule your in-person consultation.

STEP 2 : IN - PERSON DESIGN CONSULTATION (DEPENDING ON PROJECT SCOPE / LOCATION THIS CAN BE DONE VIRTUALLY)

This is an onsite meeting where we will discuss your project and review the space. We will bring a detailed “Wish list" itemized with every detail you may need for the room(s). We will take onsite measurements & photos during the walk through. (If virtual, you will supply measurements & photos). At the end of this meeting we will have determined your complete scope of work and set a preliminary design budget. Shortly there after you will receive a customized Design Services Proposal and Scope of Work Contract.

STEP 3: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Where the magic happens! Now, we begin crafting your unique custom design. This is done in phases so that we remain on the same page every step of the way.

STEP 4 : WHITE - GLOVE PURCHASING

Once your design is complete and we know that you love everything, we place all the orders for you. We will coordinate with vendors, set up freight, work with a receiver (if doing custom pieces), delivery, track shipments, and inform you of the projected installation date. We will also communicate with customer service representatives if we find that something isn’t perfect and requires additional attention.

STEP 5: INSTALLATION

The day of celebrating! On your selected date, we will have all of your new furnishings delivered and installed. We work with a fully licensed and insured installation team.
